To Register to vote follow the following steps:

1. Download the Voter Registration Form [1] (PDF format).
2. Print the form and complete as instructed.
3. Sign and date the application.
4. Mail it to your Election Authority [2].

Please note that you must register to vote with the State of Illinois at least 28 days before the election.

Election dates: Open Primary: February 5, 2008; General Election: November 4, 2008
